NavLive Launches in the US at Trimble Dimensions 2025

We are thrilled to announce our official entry into the US market, having secured FCC certification and opened an exciting new chapter for our UK based AI driven 3D scanning technology. The launch coincides with our participation at Trimble Dimensions 2025 in Las Vegas, where we are showcasing new product integrations in the Trimble 0‑60 Challenge accelerator programme.

Bringing Real-Time 3D Scanning to a Global Stage

Over the past twelve weeks, our team collaborated with Trimble to develop two powerful integrations, debuting at Trimble Dimensions. These innovations help architects, engineers, and construction teams work faster and smarter by seamlessly connecting real-world scans to digital workflows.

Trimble Connect Integration

Our direct integration with Trimble Connect allows users to instantly sync scan data from NavLive into Trimble’s browser-based platform. From there, they can explore floor plans, elevations, 3D point clouds, project schedules, photos, and scan trajectories, all in one interactive model. As a result, this integration streamlines the scan-to-plan process, helping teams deliver projects more efficiently and win more clients.

SketchUp Integration

We’ve also developed a direct integration with SketchUp, enabling users to quickly transfer a lightweight mesh captured by the NavLive scanner into the software. In a recent real-world example, our team scanned a five-storey office building in London in just 30 minutes and produced a complete SketchUp model in less than one hour, a process that traditionally would have taken days.

The Trimble 0‑60 Challenge

Being selected for the Trimble 0‑60 Challenge was an incredible honour. During the accelerator, we worked closely with the Trimble team, refining our technology and creating integrations that provide real-world value. Participating validates our approach and showcases the impact of our AI-driven 3D scanning technology on construction and architectural workflows globally

Our handheld scanner, powered by edge AI and LiDAR, allows teams to capture high-precision 3D scans entirely on the device. Once a scan is complete, it’s immediately ready to use, no third-party software or complex post-processing required.

The new integrations with Trimble Connect and SketchUp bring speed, accuracy, and confidence to every project, helping teams move from scan to finished model in record time. Whether it’s creating accurate floor plans, monitoring site progress, or producing digital twins, NavLive is helping professionals deliver better outcomes faster.

Join Us in Las Vegas

We’re excited to be exhibiting in the StartUp Zone at Trimble Dimensions, from November 10–12, 2025 where attendees can trial our handheld scanner and see the new integrations in action. Visitors will also benefit from an exclusive 10% discount on the NavLive scanner during the three-day event.

“This is more than just a technical achievement,” says Chris Davison, CEO of NavLive. “It’s about giving project teams the speed, accuracy, and confidence they need to deliver work faster, win more clients, and transform how buildings are designed and documented.”

NavLive is proud to bring UK innovation to the US, continuing our mission to make real-time 3D mapping accessible, efficient, and precise. From Oxford to Las Vegas, we are shaping the future of construction, one scan at a time.
